Aquarium

You know how you start a blog post and then something comes up and you forget about it ... for months. Well, that's what this is:

Groupon had a great deal on admission to Seattle Aquarium awhile ago so we bought some tickets and headed downtown to enjoy the aquatic life.

While we were at the aquarium we learned all sorts of things. For starters, we learned that if you put E next to a Sixgill Shark, he looks even smaller than usual.

We also learned that he is not a fan of Davy Jones,

that he's full of funny expressions,

and that he likes it when the fish get close to the glass.

Some other important things we discovered while here:

Fish vs. Grate in the floor ... Grate in the floor wins the entertainment factor.

Fish vs. Spinny thing?

Spinny thing wins. If Dad hadn't pulled him away, he would have spun that thing all day.

Luckily, he eventually, noticed that there were things swimming around in the tank.

My favorite part of the Aquarium was the octopus:

Watching it move in the water was mesmerizing.

Believe it or not, there were some other non-E things that I enjoyed. A few of those things included:

Finding Nemo in the sea anemone

Colorful tanks

And sea horses

After the aquarium I found a couple of homeless guys in a bus station:

I decided they were so cute I needed to take them home with me.

I like how in the middle of operating the "spinny" thing he takes a moment to express joy.
