Festival of the Trees

The Festival of the trees has been going on for as long as I can remember. When I was little we would go and spend an afternoon or evening browsing the gingerbread houses and decorated Christmas trees. I know they have kids activities and performances going on throughout the day also. It was always so much fun.

Now that I am older I can better appreciate the purpose behind the Festival of Trees. All the money made from the 4 day event goes to children in need at the Primary Children's Hospital.

This year the Festival is being held December 3rd - December 6th, from 10am to 10pm each day. It's being held at the South Towne Expo Center in Sandy, Utah. I can't wait to go and see what this year has in store.
