This is how it happened:
Ben (while we are at church): Let's scrapbook when we get home.
Me: (laughing, laughing) Ok (said sarcastically) ... are you serious?
Ben: Yeah?
Me: No seriously, are you serious?
Ben: Yes.
Me: Why?
Ben: Because I was putting my tie on this morning and I saw your scrapbooking tote and the tools in it look fun. I bet I would have loved that stuff when I was little.
EDITORS NOTE: Ben is not actually "scrapbooking". He is just using all my scrapbooking supplies to make a story book. The pictures of the story will get posted when the book is complete. (I think it'll be awhile since he only got 3 pages done yesterday and was working on them for a good 7-8 hours)).

Good for Ben! I look forward to seeing his book. Men who scrapbook are rare -- but they do exist. I have known a few. In fact, I have a guest post on my blog from a guy in the UK who not only scrapbooks but has a web site about it. The link goes to that particular posting.
I don't think I'll ever get William to scrapbook. This is hilarious! I am very much looking forward to seeing this book. I bet it will be good, with his level of talent!
Have I mentioned Ben cracks me up? I think I have. Millions of times.
