Call for Meat Recipes

I was wondering if anyone has any good recipes for meat ... i.e. Marinades/slow cooker/etc. I know once you've been making meals for awhile you find some that are just really yummy and I could use any advice or help you might have. We are talking about Steak seasonings, pot roasts, chicken, pork, etc.

Thanks in advance for anything you might have.

A bunch of friends of mine (and me) have a cooking blog. www.takethatmartha.blogspot.com. Try there. If you're interested, I'll have my friend shoot you an invite to contribute. Check out the shredded roast beef sandwiches, they're AMAZING. I make them often. Email me or facebook me!

I'm not a huge meat fan, but I love this SUPER EASY recipe. It's so good!

-1 jar of salsa
-1 pork roast

Put roast in crockpot. Pour salsa over top. Cook in crockpot on low for 6-8 hours until meat can shred with a fork. Use shredded pork as meat for soft tacos (or sandwiches or quesadillas, or whatever).

Here are my favorite recipe blogs, the 1st two I contribute to:

Buen provecho!

William makes this and it is SO GOOD. I don't usually really like pork but brining it makes it DELICIOUS and tender and sooooo delicious and delicious.
